
Marta García joined the firm after developing her professional career in the Employment Law departments of Pérez-Llorca and Baker McKenzie
She advises national and international companies on a wide range of employment law matters, with particular experience in ongoing labor advice, representation before labor courts, corporate restructuring processes, collective bargaining, and labor due diligence in the context of corporate transactions.
Marta has worked across diverse industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, technology, services, and textiles. She also has significant expertise in advising senior management and brings specialized knowledge in international remote work and cross-border employment issues, an increasingly important area in today’s global workplace.
Alongside her professional practice, Marta teaches Employment Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, combining academic insight with practical experience
She holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree from the Business School of Management at Pompeu Fabra University. Marta works in Spanish, English, and Catalan.
